A few recent improvements…
We have made some small improvements to our Booking Software and System, just to top up the oil, so to speak!
‘Not visible online’ option.
There is now an option for a certain service to be ‘not visible online’. When the checkbox is ticked, the service (or option) will be hidden from the Customer’s booking widget, however will be still be able to be booked on the your diary and widget.
New custom field.
An ‘In-line text’ custom field can now be shown to customers on the booking widget, before payment and confirmation to convey extra information before the booking is completed.
New Diary View.
We have released a new diary view option, called ‘All Staff/Resources View’. It is a one-day view, where you can see each staff and resource’s bookings, schedules and availability, and you are able to drag and drop them between each!
Drag to Adjust the Length of Bookings.
The times of the events in the diary can now be lengthened or shortened by dragging the bottom of the box either upwards or downwards.
Busy Time Feature.
The Busy Time feature is a way to block times in the day for staff and resources, and they will not receive any bookings during this time. These Busy Time bookings are added the same way as a regular booking, by clicking on a space in the diary, and can be lengthened or shortened by dragging the bottom of the box on the diary.
You can now choose the booking resolution in which to display to customers on their booking widget. For example if you have a 1.5 hour service that currently can be booked at 8:00 and then again at 9:30, you can now change it so customers can book at 8:00 and then 10:00 on the booking widget; giving you time to prepare for the next client! The resolution can be in 15 min, 30 min, 45 min or 1-hour intervals.

We are now up and running in the United States of America and Canada! Please note there are no major changes to the booking software in regards to the country you are using it from.
